We bring your construction company into AI safely.
Our company is people and AI agents working side by side, and we'll teach yours to work the same way. You don't have to love AI. You just have to stop doing paperwork at 10 PM.

People first, AI assisting. We introduce you and your whole staff to our AI agents, set up your company with you, and train your team to work with them. Your people stay in charge, and the agents help with the work.
AI is coming to construction. We bring you in the right way.
You don't need to become a tech company to keep up. You need someone who knows the trade to set it up with you and teach your people. That's us, and we work by three rules.
Safely
You stay in control
Nothing goes to a client and no money moves without your OK. Your data stays your company's.
Conservatively
We start small
One workflow at a time, built around the way you already work, not ours. Your team adds more when they're ready.
Accurately
Built on your real numbers
The agents work from your own numbers, past jobs and business plan. Every guess is shown for you to confirm.
People first, AI assisting
What we do with you
You don't have to figure out AI on your own. Real people do the setup and the teaching with you and your crew, and we stay with you.
01
Introduce
Meet your AI staff. We walk you through who each agent is, what it does, and where it fits in the way you already run jobs.
02
Onboard
We set up your company with you: company info, past jobs, your directory of subs and suppliers, your contract and your business plan. Your agents start out knowing your company.
03
Train
We teach you, your office staff and your field staff to work with the agents, hands on, on your own jobs. Everyone learns the part they'll use.
04
Support
We stay with you as you grow. New staff, new kinds of work, new agents: we help you bring them in.
Who it's for
From the one-truck contractor to the $5 million a year builder
Residential remodel and construction companies. We start where you are and grow with you.
Just you and a truck
The agents take on the office work you've been doing at night, and you learn to hand it off.
A growing crew
Your office help and lead carpenters learn to work with the agents on estimates, paperwork and bills.
An established builder
Your whole staff works with the agents, office and field, with you approving what goes out.

Your AI staff
Our Agents
The team you and your staff will learn to work with. Each agent is trained for one job, from estimates to the books, and nothing goes out without your OK.
The owner's own agent for Siskiyou County, by text or in the app.
What the agents do
The work your AI staff covers
Your team hands this work to the agents day to day. Every number, document and payment comes back to you before it goes anywhere.
01
Estimates and bid packages
Send the plans or a walkthrough video. The agents build the estimate in your own cost codes, with every number marked measured, counted or assumed, and put the bid package together for your subs.
02
Project management
Contracts, change orders, RFIs, allowances, schedules and client selections, kept current while the job runs. Your clients get clear, professional documents under your name.
03
Complete financial services
Every receipt and crew hour lands on the right job and cost code, so you always know what each job costs. Supplier bills and statements, client invoices and payments, payroll prep, monthly bills, and owner draws with profit set aside in envelopes. Cash flow and profitability reports, with your books kept in step with QuickBooks. Every payment and transfer waits for your OK.
04
Business planning
What you need to take home, what the business costs to run, and what to charge for each kind of work. Then it's tracked against your real numbers.
More money managers are on the way. You'll see them marked Coming soon on the Financial Management team above.
How it works
Four steps, and you stay in charge
Consultation
We talk about your company, how you work now, and where the agents can help first.
We onboard your company
We set up your company info, past jobs, directory, contract and business plan, and bring in the jobs you have going.
We train your staff
Hands-on sessions for you, your office and your field staff, one workflow at a time.
Your team works with the agents, you approve
Your staff hands work to the agents day to day. You check it, change it, or send it back.
Nothing goes to your clients or moves money without your OK.
